Courts making law; Read the constitution

New Jersey's Supreme has apparently decided to misinterpret the constitution; Twice!

Infringement number one: They are forcing the state legislature to to create a new statute. Excuse me, the judicial branch had the sole job of interpreting the law. They are not to decide that new laws are needed.

Infringement number two: They decided that homosexuals should have the right to marry people of the same sex. It seems that they think that homosexuals and heterosexuals do not have equal rights uner the law. Excuse me, but when was the last time the heterosexuals were allowed to marry people of the same sex? What's next? Just because pedophiles want to marry kids, should we let them, too?

Note to the courts: Read the constitution. If you need reading glasses, let me know.
